Colleges and employers alike look for similar skills that high
school graduates must have to succeed. It is important choose courses
that will best prepare you for what comes next after high school.
For example, taking Algebra I and Geometry in middle school and early
in high school is a good indicator of future college and career success.

prepare you to meet future demands:
